Statement of the grounds of the proposed suspension from

office of John James McMichael, Second Class

Inspector of Nuisances, Hongkong.

1.

On the 15th. January, 1901, Inspector John James

McMichael was received into the Government Civil Hospital suf-

fering from Alcoholism and he was discharged from Hospital on

the 22nd. January, 1901.

2.

On the 15th. January, 1903, Inspector John James

McMichael was received into the Government Civil Hospital

suffering from Alcoholism and he was discharged from Bospital

on the 26th. January, 1903.
